Matthew Speyer

Matthew Speyer - click to enlarge Matthew Speyer is an executive coach and consultant working independently and in cooperation with a pool of professionals for larger projects. He works with leaders and teams from global corporations and government bodies such as Adidas, BASF, BMW, Christian Blind Mission, Cisco Systems, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, European Central Bank, KWS, IBM, Merck and SAP.

He holds a master degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Oxford University, England, and in Psychology from the University of Goettingen, Germany. His background includes working as a state recognised psychotherapist, creating seminars in personal and leadership development, training and supervising coaches, managing a European training organisation and leading multinational teams.

He has worked as a coach with leaders and their teams since 1996 and is a member of the Business Psychology Section of the German Psychologists Association (bdp) and the International Coach Federation (ICF) subscribing to their code of ethics.

He was born in England in 1957 and moved to Germany in 1983, where he now lives with his family. He finds stimulation and fulfillment in working with people on the personal, team and strategic level.
